Community Guidelines and Moderation
Last updated: 26.10.2026
YooMeet is for adults. Treat other members with respect and honor the boundaries they communicate. Only post photos and materials you have the right to use. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, banking details, or personal documents.
1. Code of conduct
The following are not allowed:
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, or repeatedly contacting someone after they have asked you to stop.
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, scams, requests for money, impersonation, or fake profiles.
- Illegal content, unsolicited sexually explicit content, or sharing intimate images without consent.
- Bots, automation, or applications used to collect data about users.
2. Reporting a profile or message
Use the reporting option on the profile or in the conversation and select the appropriate reason. Include relevant details, but never passwords or access codes. Only submit reports about genuine concerns; false or repeated reports intended to harass someone are not allowed.
3. Reviewing reports
Reports are reviewed by an authorized moderator. A report does not automatically mean that the reported person has broken the rules. The moderator may review information relevant to the report and request clarification when needed.
4. Moderation measures
If a violation is confirmed, content may be removed and a warning or temporary or permanent suspension may be issued, depending on the seriousness of the violation and the circumstances. Decisions are based on the information available; a report does not automatically result in a penalty.
5. Blocking and safety
You can block a profile to stop contact through the platform. If you meet someone, choose a public place, tell someone you trust, and arrange your own transport. If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
6. Contact
For questions about safety, blocking, reporting, or moderation, use the Contact page and select “Safety, blocking, or reporting”.
